Creative Arts at Park provides young people with an opportunity to explore the full range of visual and performing arts. Under the guidance of professional artists, the students can discover talents and develop skills which will provide them with life long enjoyment. The performance orientation of the program emphasizes an integral approach to the arts and creates a spirit of cooperation.
Location: The Park School, 171 Goddard Ave., Brookline, MA. Swimming activities will take place at the Park School pool.
Season: 5 Weeks in June and July (Monday, June 29 - Friday, July 31, 2009)
Ages: The program is open to students 8-15
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9 to 4
Lunch: Campers bring lunch or buy the delicious fare at the Al Fresco Kitchen, our on-campus Snack Bar.
Tuition: Five Weeks: $2880, $400 is due at registration (non-refundable); the remainder is due June 1st. For information concerning scholarships contact the director.
Guests: Visitors of the campers may attend the program for $120 per day.
Medical charges incurred in case of accident are the responsibility of the parents.
Transportation The program operates a shuttle between the school and the Brookline Village MBTA Greenline at the start and end of the day. Otherwise, students/families provide their own transportation. The contract services are available through Local Motion.
Noontime Programs are held daily from 12:30 to1:00 p.m. to which the public is cordially invited. The programs are different each day and include art, dance, drama, gymnastics and musical performances by students, faculty and guest artists.
