The Park School Parents' Association

Connect, Collaborate, Contribute

The Parents Association is the infrastructure through which parents volunteer their time at Park. As Park parents involved with the P.A., we have the privilege of participating in the life of the School while collaborating with fellow parents, faculty, and staff.  The results of this collective support the mission of the School in important ways. The priority that is placed on parent involvement is a unique characteristic of Park and fundamental to its mission.

All parents of Park School students are members of the Parents' Association (P.A.).  A board of officers and advisors administers the work of the P.A.. The P.A. holds regular meetings and all parents are encouraged to attend and to participate in discussions and decision-making.

2008-2009 P.A. meetings for this school year are:

  • Wednesday, October 22nd at 7:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 18th at 8:15 a.m.
  • Wednesday, February 4th at 8:15 a.m.
  • Tuesday, April 8th at 8:15 a.m.
  • Tuesday, May 19th at 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 10th at 8:15 a.m.

The P.A. has as a priority to ensure that all parents have an opportunity to participate, regardless of their time constraints and interests. There are over 20 active committees including three major fundraisers that support these committees, the School, and a range of educational and community-building events.
