Finally, all the communication about the search will be kept on the Park website.

This winter, we will ask members of the Park community to share their opinions. Broad community input will be critical to effectively define the leadership, professional and personal qualities required in the new head. Please recommend and encourage any highly qualified candidates to apply to the search once we are at that point in the process. Finally, please read carefully any communications from the Search Committee.

Keeping the community informed is very important. Please feel free to communicate with either the Committee (ParkHead@SpencerStuart.com) or the Search Committee co-chairs Amy McCarthy at mccarthya@parkschool.org and Sara Fleiss at fleisss@parkschool.org.
