  • Seth Brennan, Chair

    Seth has been a long-time volunteer at Park, soliciting for the Annual Fund and Park21 and serving on the Major Gifts Committee. Seth joined the Park Board in 2014 and has co-chaired the Strategic Planning Committee and served on the Finance, Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committees, the Committee of Trustees and HOS Search. A graduate of Hamilton College and Deerfield Academy, Seth is a co-founder of Lincoln Peak Capital, which makes private equity investments in asset management companies. Seth has four children at Park - Annabelle (Grade VIII), Jack (Grade VI), Sophie (Grade IV) and Nate (Grade II).  
  • Polly Crozier, Vice Chair

    Polly serves as Vice Chair and Chair of the Committee on Trustees. On the Board since 2014, Polly co-chaired the Board’s portion of the AISNE self-study, co-chaired the Strategic Planning Committee, and has served on numerous board committees including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Educational Policy, and Buildings & Grounds. A graduate of Yale University and Boston College Law School, Polly is an attorney at GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders, working to create a just society based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and HIV status. Polly has two children at Park - Hannah (Grade VI) and Miriam (Grade I).
  • Katie McWeeny, Secretary

    Katie attended Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and began her career at Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago. She has worked in marketing and advertising for many brands and non-profit organizations. A long-time Park volunteer, Katie served as President of the Parents' Association from 2012-2014. Katie joined the Park Board in 2014 and has co-chaired the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and currently serves as Secretary of the Board. Katie is the parent of three Park alumni - Gage '16, Anna ’18, and Jack ’20.
  • Sam Wilderman, Treasurer

    Sam attended Yale University where he majored in Economics. After graduation, Sam joined Grantham, Mayo, Van Oterloo and Company, LLC (GMO) working in their San Francisco and Boston offices for 20 years. Prior to stepping down from GMO in the winter of 2016, Sam held the title of Co-Head of Asset Allocation. He is currently setting up a new investment partnership. Sam joined the Park Board in 2012 and serves as Treasurer, chairs the Finance Committee and sits on the Executive Committee. Sam has two children at Park - Nate (Grade VIII) and Jonas (Grade V).
  • Neeraj Agrawal

    Neeraj is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School in New York, Cornell University, and Harvard Business School. He is a General Partner at Battery Ventures, a venture capital and private equity firm, where he invests in technology companies. On Park’s Board since 2017, Neeraj serves on the Finance Committee. Neeraj has two children at Park - Devan (Grade VI) and Dillan (Grade III).  
  • Martina B. Albright '83

    A Park "Lifer", Martina later attended Milton Academy and Harvard College, and earned a PhD in clinical child psychology at NYU. Martina currently serves as the Director of the Apple Orchard School. Martina has served on the PA Parent Roundtable and All-School Evening Committees and hosted New Parent dinners. On the Board since 2015, Martina serves on the Educational Policy Committee and the Buildings & Grounds Committee. Martina has two children who are Park alumni and one current Park student - Emma '13, Oliver '16 and Thatcher (Grade VI).
  • Peter Barkan '86

    Peter works at The Barkan Companies, a regional competitor in multi-family real estate development and property management, where he oversees affordable housing. Before joining Park's Board in 2016, Peter was an active volunteer, serving on the Alumni Committee and on the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Peter chairs the Buildings & Grounds Committee , led the Master Planning Committee and serves on the Executive Committee. He has a BA in urban studies and the history of architecture from Brown University and an MBA from Duke University.   Peter has two children at Park - Lila (Grade IV) and Seth (Grade VI).
  • Mark Dolins

    Mark attended Weston High School and holds a BA from Denison University and a JD from Duke University. He co-founded the Boston office of Lazard in the fall of 2007, a financial advisory and asset management firm. Prior to joining the Board in 2017, Mark was an active Park volunteer and served as a member of the Major Gifts Committee. On the Board, Mark serves on the Development and Finance Committees. Mark has two children at Park - Grayson (Grade V) and Avery (Grade VIII).
  • Sara Leventhal Fleiss '95

    After graduating from Park, Sara attended Milton Academy and Harvard College, where she studied applied mathematics. She then went on to receive an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she is now a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration. Sara was the co-founder and co-portfolio manager of Emeth Partners, an emerging markets arbitrage hedge fund. Sara joined the Board in 2016, co-chaired the Head of School Search Committee and currently serves as chair of the Investment Committee, on the Committee on Trustees and co-chair of the Transition Committee. Sara has three children - Solomon (Grade III), Morris, and Annabel.
  • Abigail Ross Goodman '91

    Abigail is a graduate of Philips Academy, Andover and Brown University. She has over 15 years of experience in contemporary art as a gallerist, independent curator, and advisor. Prior to founding her current firm, Goodman Taft, she was the director and owner of the Judi Rotenberg Gallery in Boston. At Park, Abigail has served as a Class Representative, co-chair of the Alumni Annual Fund, a member of the Alumni Committee, and as a Pre-K Class Representative. A member of the Board since 2017, Abigail serves on the Buildings & Grounds Committee. Abigail has three children at Park -- Rebecca (Grade VIII), Hannah (Grade VI) and Esme (Grade III).
  • Gregory Kadetsky '96, Alumni Committee Representative

    Greg graduated from Park and studied political science at Muhlenberg College in PA. A dedicated member of the alumni community, Greg joined the Alumni Committee in 2008, and he was the Alumni Committee Co-Chair from 2016-2018. Greg is the media manager at North Star Media Group, an advertising and media buying agency that specializes in strategic planning and placement of radio ads, programs, and print ads both locally and nationally.
  • Heeten Kalan

    Born and raised under apartheid in South Africa, Heeten attended the country's only fully multi-racial school five hours from home and then won a United World College scholarship to complete the final two years of high school in Canada. Heeten attended Dartmouth College, where he was a leader in the South Africa divestment movement. Heeten works as the senior program officer and director of the Climate Action Fund at the New World Foundation, where he oversees grant making. Heeten has been a member of Park’s Board since 2015, and co-chairs the Board’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, serves on the Committee on Trustees, and served on HOS Search Committee. Heeten has two children - Ravi '17 and Rohan (Grade VIII ).
  • Conan Laughlin

    Conan is the founder and managing partner of Wyers Point, LP, a private investment firm in Boston. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Conan has been on the Board since 2014. He currently serves as chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, and as a member of the Building & Grounds Committee. Conan has two children at Park - Will (Grade VIII) and Hadley (Grade VI).
  • Heena K. Lee, Parents' Association President

    When Heena was five years old, her family immigrated from Seoul, South Korea to Laguna Hills, CA. She attended public schools and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She later earned her MA in Public Health from Yale University and her MD from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine. She is currently Associate Director of the Post-Partum Newborn Unit at BIDMC and an Instructor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. Heena has held a variety of volunteer roles at Park, including Front Desk volunteer, Grade V Class Rep, Middle Division Class Rep Coordinator, Parents’ Association Board member, Co-Chair of the New Parent Dinner Committee and is now honored to be assuming the role of Parents’ Association President and joining the Board of Trustees. Heena has two children - Alexander’19 and Justin (Grade V).
  • Jessica Lutzker

    Originally from White Plains, NY, Jessica graduated from Horace Mann and Duke University. After working in NYC, Jessica worked in brand management for Lycos in Boston prior to attending Harvard Business School. After graduating, she worked in marketing for CVS, and now works in admissions at HBS. Jessica joined the Park Board in 2015, is a co-chair of the Development Committee and serves on the Executive Committee. Jessica has two children - Emily ’21 and Sam (Grade IV)
  • Todd MacLean

    A native New Englander, Todd attended St. John's Preparatory School, Dartmouth College, and The Wharton School. Todd has spent the majority of his career in growth equity investing, working at Summit Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, and Accel Partners in the Silicon Valley. In 2015, Todd co-founded Silversmith Capital Partners, a growth equity firm. Todd joined the Board in 2015 and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Committee on Trustees. Todd has two children - Liam (Grade IV) and Stella '18.
  • Amy Lloyd McCarthy '86

    After graduating from Park, Amy attended Concord Academy and studied international relations at the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She worked at Putnam Investments, prior to earning a degree in library science from Simmons College, Amy began focusing her career in education, first at the Roxbury Latin School library and then at the National Cathedral School in Washington, DC. After guiding her family's real estate business through a generational transition, Amy redirected her focus back to education and to non-profit volunteer work, where she serves in a number of roles locally, including as Chair of Beacon Academy. A member of the Board from 2006-2012 and again since 2014, Amy is currently a member of Park's Alumni Committee and on the Board’s Executive and Development Committees and co-chaired the HOS Search Committee. Amy's daughter, Lilian, graduated from Park in 2014.
  • Lesley Ryan Miller

    Lesley joins the Park School Board with over 20 years of education experience both in the classroom as a teacher and an administrator for the City of Boston. She is currently the Principal of the John Pierce School, a K-8, public elementary school in Brookline Village with 900 students. Prior to that role, Lesley was Brookline’s Senior Director of Teaching and Learning, where she oversaw the K-8 curriculum in literacy, math, social studies, science and world languages. Lesley has also served as Director of Teacher Development and Advancement for the Boston Public Schools and spent 11 years as a Kindergarten and Grade I teacher. Lesley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Boston University and her MA from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Lesley is the parent of Laila (Grade I).
  • Rebecca Nordhaus

    Rebecca graduated from the Foote School in New Haven and Phillips Academy Andover. She received a BA from Yale and a JD from Harvard Law School. She is a partner at Finepoint Capital, a Boston-based private investment partnership. On the Park Board, Rebecca serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Educational Policy Committees. Rebecca has three children at Park - Annabel (Grade VI), Margot (Grade III) and Alex (Grade III).
  • Nikki Nudelman

    A graduate of the Horace Mann School and Lehigh University, Nikki also earned her MPA in public and non-profit management from NYU. Nikki has worked extensively as a fundraiser including at the Museum of Jewish Heritage and the UJA-Federation of New York. Since becoming a Park parent, Nikki has been an active volunteer. On the Board since 2014, Nikki serves on the Development, Educational Policy and Buildings & Grounds Committees. Nikki has two children - Samantha '21 and Rachel (Grade V).
