Volunteers Needed for Grade V Immigration Journey Project

All first-generation immigrants (this could be you, a relative, a family friend, a neighbor, etc.) Groups of two-three students will interview first generation immigrants in the Park community to learn about their unique immigration experience. Those students will then create a project honoring the immigrant's story. The Immigrant Journey Project is designed to provide fifth graders an immersive experience to explore modern immigration stories within our Park community and then respectfully retell these journeys. One-hour interviews will be held at The Park School on May 9-10, and 13-15.
