The P.A. Community Service Committee organized a successful Chop-a-Thon service day for the Park community on Wednesday. The Chop-a-Thon full day format allowed adults and students to serve before, during, and after school. A huge thank you to all the students, parent volunteers, kitchen crew, staff and faculty for helping to prep, snap and chop 948 pounds of vegetables.

Pine Street Inn, a shelter committed to ending homelessness serves over 2,000 meals a day, used the vegetables in Thursday's dinner for its guests. Thanks to all who participated for coming together to make a difference!
