After-School Program FAQs

Where is ASP located?
Homebase for ASP is a well-equipped facility located at 255 Goddard Avenue, across campus from Park’s Main Building. Middle Division ASP takes place in the West Building, with pickups at 4:30 and 6 p.m. from the rear of the Main Building Likewise on Tuesday afternoons, Upper Division students work in the West Building with pickup from the rear of the Main Building at 4:30 and 6 p.m.

How do I get in touch with ASP?
     Lower Division (Pre-K – Grade II): 
To reach someone at the ASP Building at 255 Goddard Avenue,
     please call 617-274-6060.

     Middle Division (Grades III – V): 
To reach someone in the West Building, please call 617-274-6183.

     Tuesday Upper Division: 
To reach someone in the West Building, please call 617-274-6183.

What if my family has a change of plans?
Please let us know if your child has a change of plans. Email Director Tracy Duliban or call 617-274-6060 by 11:45 a.m.  

Is there a drop-in option? Can my child(ren) attend ASP on a day they are not scheduled?
No, due to ASP’s high enrollment numbers, we do not offer a drop-in option. Children may only attend during the times for which they are registered.

Can I change my child(ren)’s schedule once the school year has started?
Due to ASP’s high enrollment numbers, changes in schedule are not guaranteed and will be made based upon availability. To inquire, please contact Director Tracy Duliban or call 617-274-6060.  

What happens on Lower and Middle Division Conference Days?
Students in Pre-K-V do not have class on the fall and spring conference days. ASP is available for students regularly enrolled in ASP on Tuesdays and is open from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. It is important that you RSVP for your child so that we can plan special activities for those days.

Can my child return to ASP after an appointment or playdate?
Yes, if he or she is already enrolled for that particular day and time.

Do I need to enroll my Fourth or Fifth Grader for ASP if they are participating in after-school sports?
Yes, on days when the Grade IV & V elective sports program is not in session, students may attend the After-School Program until 4:30 p.m. at no cost. However, they must be enrolled for those days.

My child is already enrolled in ASP. Where can I find more detailed information?
