Willie Adams, Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
Willie Adams has joined Park as the Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. Willie brings extensive experience in designing equity-focused programs and leading professional development in cultural competency, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments. Willie’s background includes leadership roles in schools and national organizations, where he advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion programming and created a deep sense of belonging for students, faculty, and families he’s worked with. We look forward to Willie’s leadership and partnership in the DEIB office as we continue to support our mission, vision, and values.
Stella Billek, PreK Associate Teacher
Stella Billek grew up in Westfield, New Jersey before moving to New England, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Political Science at the University of Vermont. After teaching kindergarten in Newark, NJ as a Teach for America corps member, Stella obtained her Ed.M. in Education Policy and Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she studied trends in equitable access to high quality early learning experiences in U.S. schools. She is thrilled to be bringing her insights and passion for early childhood education to the PreK team this year at The Park School!
Tiffany Binger, West Building Receptionist
Tiffany brings a wide range of experience from corporate, educational, and retail environments, working with students, business professionals, and in customer service. A graduate of Montserrat College of Art, she has a BMA in Photography, and has led photography workshops for the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston. From managing office operations to interfacing with students and families, she is ready to meet the challenges of staffing our new reception desk in the West Building!
Mollie Kearns, Lower Division Physical Education Teacher
Mollie Kearns joins us as the Lower Division Physical Education Teacher. With over a decade of experience in teaching, coaching, and athletic program development, Mollie brings a student-centered and energetic approach to physical education. Most recently, they served as Athletic Director and PE teacher at Brauser Maimonides Academy in Florida, where they designed K-12 programs focused on wellness, skill-building, and teamwork in a safe and engaging environment. We’re excited for the energy and creativity that Mollie will bring to the PE team!
Jacob Klibaner, Upper Division Librarian
Jacob was born and raised in Cambridge, MA, before heading off to Chicago for college, where he earned a degree in Comedy Writing and Performance. After several moves and working a variety of jobs, including but not limited to deckhand and opera house usher, Jacob found himself back in Massachusetts and attended Simmons University for a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science while working as a library assistant at the Everett Public Library. Jacob is excited to use his variety of experiences to help share his love of storytelling and literature with a new generation of learners as the Park School’s Upper Division Librarian.
Lily Kollmorgen, Permanent Substitute in the Upper Division
Lily Kollmorgen grew up in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and will be joining The Park School as an on-call permanent substitute teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Simmons University. Lily has worked in communications and operations in the New Hampshire political arena, where she engaged with prominent leaders. In addition, Lily has found purpose in coaching youth athletics and supporting others as a certified crisis counselor. Lily is excited to bring her passion for community, teamwork, and student growth to Park.
Rachel Anne Mencke, Library Director
Rachel Anne Mencke is a librarian with nearly 20 years experience in both school and public libraries, with a focus on curriculum development, information literacy, student-centered programming, and fostering a love of reading. She recently served on the 2025 Caldecott Committee and contributed to the 2024 book We Can Teach That!: Information Literacy for School Librarians. Rachel Anne comes to us after 11 years at St. Matthew's Parish School in Pacific Palisades, where she worked with every age from the parent-infant groups to eighth grade researchers. Prior to her time at St. Matthew's she was the Head Librarian at Al Raja School in Bahrain, where she implemented a K-12 curriculum. Rachel Anne is excited to join the Park community, and she is looking forward to exploring the region.
Lynn Pierce, Academic Learning Specialist
Lynn Pierce joins the Park Academic Support team as a Learning Specialist focusing on Math instruction. Lynn has previously taught middle school math leading small-group intervention as well as a classroom teacher. Lynn is most excited to provide personalized instruction targeted to students' needs. Lynn holds a Master of Education specializing in learning and instructional leadership from Northeastern University (2012) and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont (2006). When Lynn is not teaching, she enjoys spending time outdoors (swimming, biking, skiing) and cheering on her children from the sidelines.
Megan Psyhojos, Lower Division Science Teacher
Megan Psyhojos will be joining us as the Lower Division Science Teacher. Megan brings a strong background in STEM education and curriculum design, and hands-on learning. Most recently, Megan served as Director of Curriculum at The Robo Hub in Cambridge, and previously taught science at KIPP Academy Lynn Elementary, where they led several schoolwide STEM initiatives. Outside of school, she's an avid sports fan, loves to cook and try new foods, and spend her free time either outside in nature or with family.
Alexandra (Alee) Rogers, Literacy Specialist
Alee Rogers joins the Park School as a Lower Division Literacy Specialist. Growing up in the wooded suburbs of New York City, she developed a lifelong love of being outdoors—a sense of curiosity and wonder that continues to shape her teaching today. With more than twenty years of teaching experience and six years in instructional leadership, Alee is passionate about helping every child grow as a reader and writer. She is a strong advocate for evidence-based literacy practices and is currently a Literacy Launch Institute Fellow, a collaboration between DESE and HILL for Literacy. In this role, she supports educators and school leaders in implementing culturally and linguistically sustaining early literacy practices. She has also led professional development for colleagues, most recently presenting on strategies to create more equitable, brain-science-supported literacy instruction for K–2 students. When she’s not teaching, Alee enjoys photography, swimming, and spending time with her husband and children.
Liz Schlerf, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
We are pleased to welcome Liz Schlerf to the Business Office as the Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. Liz brings strong expertise in school-based financial operations, having led budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation efforts at Roland Park Country School. Most recently, Liz served as the Assistant Director of the Student Activities Business Office at Northeastern University, which fostered her love for community connection. Liz especially enjoys coaching and being involved in the school community. We are excited to have Liz on board and look forward to her contributions to the Business Office, where she will strengthen our financial processes and support our broader community.
Rhonda Silva, Academic Support Learning Specialist
Rhonda Silva is joining the Academic Support team as the Literacy-Focused Academic Support Learning Specialist. She brings over 20 years of experience in the Newton Public Schools, where she taught third grade and most recently served as a Literacy Interventionist at Lincoln-Eliot Elementary. Rhonda earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin–Superior and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the City College of New York. Outside the classroom, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, is a huge animal lover, and even has two dogs - ages 2 and 18! She also loves to read and go for runs or long walks. She looks forward to helping students build strong literacy skills and fostering a love of reading that will support their academic success.
Nicholas Soivilien, 5th Grade Humanities Teacher
Nick (Sauve-U-Lynn), was born in Dorchester, MA where he attended local schools before attending the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, earning a double Bachelor's Degree in History and Philosophy. After working for the City of Boston helping develop its Emergency Response plan, Nick earned a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. After working for the Department of Justice as a federal prosecutor, Nick chose to pursue a career in academia due to his passion for working with young minds. A former college football player, Nick enjoys watching and coaching sports, and lives in Needham with his wife and three children.
Julie Soukas, Academic Support Learning Specialist
Julie Soukas joins the Academic Support Team as a Learning Specialist with a focus in literacy instruction. Julie has an M.S.Ed. from Simmons University in Boston. She has taught in Boston and Newton Public Schools as a classroom teacher and in Watertown Public as a Literacy Tutor. Julie’s most recent teaching role was as a Literacy Specialist at a local private school in Brookline where she provided targeted small group instruction, co-taught during literacy blocks and collaborated closely with teachers and families. Julie is passionate about her work and is excited to join the Park School Staff. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, going to Cape Cod, and spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
Kyra Lee Tyler
Kyra joins Park as part of our reception team, supporting our new West Building reception desk. With extensive experience in office operations, customer relations, account management, travel management, and digital, social, and email marketing, she brings a ready spirit of collaboration to this important role. Kyra completed a B.A. in Speech and Theater at Wagner College, Staten Island, NY, and lived and worked in New York, Los Angeles, and New Jersey before relocating to Boston earlier this year.
Myles Walsh, Kindergarten Teacher's Assistant and Instructor in the after-school program
Myles Walsh joins Park after graduating from Mount Holyoke College in 2025 with a degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education. Over the past couple of semesters, he has taught in local classrooms and worked in two child learning centers. Myles loves helping young learners grow with curiosity and confidence. He is passionate about creating classrooms filled with joy, movement, and discovery. He is excited to bring his energy and love of teaching to the Park community.
We are pleased to share that the following colleagues will be serving in new roles:
Jordan Burham-Bialik is Park’s new Director of Enrichment! They will also serve as an Upper Division Advisor and will be teaching an elective.
Lauren Corvese has been promoted to Associate Director of Development. In her new role, Lauren will partner closely with Shannon O’Leary in leading both annual giving and capital giving programs, and will supervise two members of the development team.
Caleb Hannon has been promoted to the Kindergarten Assistant Teacher position, while also continuing as an instructor in the Afterschool program. We are excited to welcome Caleb to this new role!
Meredith Hauser has been promoted to Senior Director of Alumni Relations & Philanthropy Officer, recognizing her success in reimagining Park's alumni program over the last two years.
Alexis Platt has been promoted to Director of External Programs. In this new role, she will help to align the Summer at Park and Creative Arts at Park programs, and we look forward to seeing how the Summer programs will develop under her leadership.
Abbie Weaver has been promoted to Assistant Director of Annual Giving. In her new role, Abbie will lead the Annual Fund phonathon program, Giving Day, and work closely with Lauren to meet our Annual Fund participation and dollar goals.
