Over the course of Summer 2025, Park completed an ambitious redesign of several important program areas to better support student learning.
Park students benefit from intentionally scaffolded guidance and support from classroom teachers, learning specialists, and, when needed, Academic Support specialists. Previously, the workspace devoted to Academic Support was located far from the hub of academic life. Bright, sunny new meeting spaces and classrooms on Park’s third floor now center these important resources right between our early childhood classrooms and the library, making them easily accessible to students of all ages.

Beginning with the launch of a Competition Robotics program and growing to include Robotics electives to meet burgeoning student interest, the Robotics programs thrived despite the lack of a permanent space. This summer, the redesign of under-utilized locker room space in the West Building made a dedicated Robotics Lab possible right next to the gymnasium, underscoring that there are many ways to be part of a team at Park.
The opportunity to relocate the technology office made way for a new recording and podcasting studio adjacent to the library on the fourth floor, supporting student multimedia creation in podcasting, video, and more. Next door, Park’s tech team enjoys a bright, sunny new workspace.

From Volleyball and Basketball to Competition Robotics, the West Building has become a hub for welcoming spectators and guests to campus. The new lobby and full-time receptionist create a welcoming environment while also supporting Park’s commitment to campus security. Down the hall, redesigned bathrooms, changing areas, and cubby storage support the needs of Park students as well as visiting athletes.
These spaces were made possible by The SPARK Campaign, with gratitude to all members of the community who have committed their support.
