It All Starts With...Academic Excellence

At Park, academic excellence begins with our teachers. Last spring, our faculty reached an exciting milestone: completing a set of PreK–Grade 8 standards that guide teaching and learning across every subject.

This work reflects the thoughtful blend of art and science that Park teachers bring to their classrooms each day. Through creativity, expertise, and a deep commitment to students, they’ve built a clear and cohesive foundation that ensures every child experiences both challenge and support throughout their Park journey.

This year, those standards provide important alignment as we engage in our schoolwide self-study. They allow us to look at curricular design in a more consistent and data-informed way, while deepening the ways our program helps every student grow toward Park’s Portrait of a Graduate—curious, confident, and ready to contribute with purpose.
